Rapid Cure’s founders and owner/operators, Dan Montoney and Tim Shaughnessy, each with over two decades of experience in the paint/coatings and engineering materials industries, saw the need for a unique company focused on innovative, sustainable, and competitive solutions using cutting edge conventional (water-based, solvent, based, high-solids) and radiation curable (ultraviolet light, electron beam, X-ray) chemistries.

Rapid Cure Technologies supports our R&D, manufacturing processes, and our customers with a team of experienced professionals, with the majority of employees, from production to sales, having over 20 years of experience in the paint, coatings, and related chemical industries. Rapid Cure Technologies owns and operates a 20,000ft2 manufacturing facility in Liverpool, NY, where the majority of our products are manufactured. Quality control, testing, and qualification labs are located within the Liverpool manufacturing facility and our corporate headquarters in East Syracuse, NY. Rapid Cure Technologies also employs strategic partnerships with qualified, ISO certified, toll manufacturers in the continental United States and Canada to manufacture and supply Rapid Cure products regionally to minimize lead times and shipping costs.
