APPLICATION SEGMENTS
Rapid Cure Technologies offers a full line of proven interior and exterior coatings with over 15 years in service for the storage tank industry. Whether the application requires resistance to alkali or acidic chemicals, heavy or light crude, solvents or any other petrochemicals, Rapid Cure can provide a solution. Coatings requiring NSF-61 for potable water and FDA 175.300 for direct food contact are also available.
Chemistries include vinyl esters, novolacs, epoxies, urethanes, polyaspartics, and polysiloxanes. Coatings include Direct-to-Metal (DTM) or multi-coat systems designed to meet all environmental regulations with low to zero Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs). Applications include; FRAC tanks, bulk storage tanks, skid tanks, rail tank cars, and water towers.
Rapid Cure Technologies offers a full-line of UV curable, water-based, and solvent-based paints and coatings for the pipe and tube industries. Rapid Cure’s products are designed for all types of metals, including steel, galvanized, and aluminum.
We also have functional paints and coatings designed specifically for plastics and fiber reinforced composites (glass, carbon, etc.). These products are designed to provide durability, corrosion resistance, and improved aesthetics to various pipe/tube applications, such as oil and gas, architectural, furniture, and transportation.
Rapid Cure Technologies offers an extensive line of on and off-shore coatings for the oil & gas industry. Whether a fast-cure air-dry maintenance enamel is required for an on-shore application or a multi-coat high performance system for the most severe off-shore environment, Rapid Cure can provide a solution.
Coatings can be provided that meet ISO 12944 C2, C3, C4, C5I & C5M International Standards Organization (ISO) requirements. Modifications to include zinc dust, zinc flake, glass fiber, silicones, and other specialty fillers and additives are incorporated to achieve superior performance in the harshest conditions.
